Led by Executive Producer and Company Director Kamscilla Naidoo – a highly decorated broadcast executive and BBC-trained creative with over 35 years of global industry experience – our leadership team combines deep strategic expertise with rigorous production management.
Women in Film is a premiere production entity dedicated to delivering high-impact, cinematic, and narrative-driven media that bridges heritage, culture, and industry excellence. Alongside Kamscilla, our core team features the versatile technical and logistical mastery of Line Producer and Post Supervisor Zenobia Simelane, the precision-focused production management of Sena Ayivi-Akpagana, and the specialized legal, intellectual property, and compliance oversight of Fikile Ndlovu.

A seasoned broadcast executive, factual filmmaker, and drama producer. Trained as a Factual Filmmaker at the BBC. With over 35 years of experience spanning the BBC, Channel 4, M-NET, SABC, and Netflix.
Zenobia Simelane
Line Producer and Post Supervisor
A highly experienced producer and academic with an MFA in Motion Picture from AFDA.Her career encompasses extensive work in line production, post-production supervision, and project management.
Sena Ayivi-Akpagana
Production Manager and Stills Producer
A production manager and coordinator with over eight years of experience working across TV commercials, digital content, stills, and long-form projects. She possesses a proven ability to drive high-level creative production from concept to delivery.
